To be honest, we had delayed putting our house on the market for the last couple of years because the idea of preparing the house for the dreaded ‘open home inspections’ made us very nervous. With a large family, we simply needed to move into a larger house but how to arrange our existing ‘bursting at the seams’ house into a ‘saleable’ and appealing home was a little beyond us.
